This guy will always be one of my favorites. I've been a fan since I was a very young girl. "Harvest" will always be #1 in my collection. I'm glad he's still around.

He can't do anything wrong (except for those early 80's records maybe). This new live show CD is simply amazing.

I've worked before as a live sound engineering for 10 years, doing every gig under the sun from hard rock and reggae, to blues and classical. One of the coolest things I've learned how to do, is to be able to spot talent and spot something, or someone who has "the mojo"
You can be a great vocalist, but with no stage presence you can simply fail to entertain.
You can be the best guitarist in the world, but if you don't play in time with the band, and create music with them, you may impress briefly, but that will also fail to entertain.
But it is the entertainer who may not sing all that perfectly, or have his guitar always in tune or make some perfect move on stage, but if you combine a little of those things with mojo, then you have something powerful.
Neil is one of those people in my opinion, he's got the mojo. I am so glad my brother used to crank Harvest Moon on his stereo when I was young, didn't like it much if I recall, but I sure could listen to it all day now.

Neil Young, one of the true greats, and 'staying power' almost without parallel (Stones, Clapton & Dylan perhaps only real rivals).
As someone before has said, "he can do no wrong" and has provided a wondrous range of music over a 40-year career. Haven't heard the new CD, but can't wait to do so. Still playing "Greendale" on an almost daily basis!
