So many good memories of the last time my hubby and I saw him!
Over a decade ago and prior to the arrival of our 3 kids...
The night "was a rare thing, fine as a bees wing".
He continues to remain a wonderful example of what a Sufi Muslim lives his life.

I was watching Richard Thompson on one of the OGWT dvd's recently. Very enjoyable. His music passed me by in my youth, but whilst there's life, there's hope!

Thompson is very good, so nice to see a piece on him.
Thanks JM for posting this. I loved his soundtrack for Herzog in Grizzly Man.

Yes, some acknowledgement for this brilliant performer...have seen him too many times to count and he and his mates just get better and better...everyone should know his work! Thanks for the story...
