Greenmac your tour down memory lane, caught my imagination. I was in the middle of making a post for school when this line popped in to my head. So what to do but leave the school work of course and go to Propeller-lol.
I hope some of you enjoy it.

This is a little excerpt from WIKI.
"It's on two levels. I see 'home' as being internal and external. It's kind of a play on words. Definitely part of the song is about the shallowness of success and getting caught up in a world and success and chasing, being popular, or whatever, is taking 'the long way home'. Because I think 'home' in its deepest sense is inside, is being at peace with oneself".

    Yes so true. The reason the quote came up in the first place was because I was writing a post for class about how many people take the scenic route in their journey to socialwork. In the end, you can't be happy unless you are living in sync with your inner self. No amount of money can compensate for the loss of self. Cheers!

      Very true, once that you let yourself drive for self esteem, via the pursuit of money .... you have sold out your true self . A job should provide a living, but you must like WHAT you do, to make it a vocation .....otherwise it is just a job.

        That was only one of us, you haven`t met the other 5, and as for crawling under tables and howling i have grown up since then, now i dance and sing on them bare foot, the feel of food between my toes and also trying to feed my date is exotic, don`t you thinkÃ;

I'll never forget the first time I heard "Logical" by this group. I wanted to see the fox who I thought was singing it. Boy, was I in for a rude awakening when I saw the video. I thought, "What, a chick with a BEARD!?!" Still, though, loved "Logical" and THIS song, and, they sure take me back to a time of potential when I hear them. I think just about ALL us Joe Average types can relate to THIS sad song now.
