RIAA doesn't want to pay for a fair defense, says victor

Music – The RIAA is fighting a request for nearly $300,000 in attorneys' fees after it was told to pay Tanya Andersen's legal bills. The RIAA says that her attorney should get at most one tenth of that amount.

"What amazes me is how completely out of touch with reality the RIAA is. They see absolutely no problem with sending someone to financial ruin based upon weak circumstantial evidence of a loss that they cannot quantify, but whine when they are asked to pay legal fees which can be demonstrated."
