Not heavy metal,but a decent start to the weekend.

In my opinion she has a great voice.

What a singer. Her handling of the music was superb and damn, in key, and damn again, in context and damn again & again, I could understand her.

Sonically it was like she rode on top of the bands very deep 'diesel train' bumps, grinds and low whistling sound, like a Valkyrie on a vengeance trip. Key wise she was dead on and didn't drift even with the changes. Because of her tonal quality and control I would be willing to bet she has been classically trained. If not, she needs to be, then moved to Opera; but she should definitely keep her day job with this metal band in case the night gig falls through.

The band for this type of music was freakin' great. Amazing how they supported and showcased a singer, with a clean and sweet voice, without diminishing their power as a metal band.
